DIVING COURSES IN ALBANIA

The Open Water Diver Course is a great “beginning”, but is more challenging as you will become an autonomous diver. The international certification you will attain enables you to dive (without the requirement of being accompanied by a diving professional) with a dive buddy to a maximum depth of 18 meters (60 feet).

Becoming a PSS Open Water Diver is the best way to start your scuba adventure due to worldwide recognition!

With personalized training and taking enough time, we make sure you are truly comfortable under water with the skills and equipment you will use.

In general, an Open Water Diver course consists of 3 parts: Academics, Pool Training and Open Water Sessions.

ACADEMICS:

In case you decide to participate in this training course, our diving center will provide you with a PSS worldwide account where all the academic materials as well as lectures will be found, altogether 11 of them. The PSS Training Materials are provided either in written form or on video. You can choose the way of studying depending on your choice. There is a test after each lecture, which will be followed online by your instructor. The final test will be completed when you come to our diving center and together with the instructor you will discuss all the unclear issues. The practical part will be followed by our instructor is described as follows:

DELIMITATED WATERS TRAINING:

During four training lessons in the pool your instructor will provide to you all the necessary scuba equipment, in this way you will become comfortable in your “second skin”.

OPEN WATER SESSIONS:

You will complete at least 4 open water dives and have the chance to experience everything you learned in your training in the pool.

After successful completion of your open water training dives you will become a Certified Diver. The PSS Open Water Diver certification is recognized worldwide so your diving experiences will be limitless.

In order to follow this course:

• It is not required to possess a previous patent.
• You have to be 15 years old to start your training for Open Water Diver & younger divers must be 12 years old to start training for Junior Open Water Diver.
