Booking Terms

Any individual or group wishing to book a tour must read and fully agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation invoice sent by email.

Health & Medical Disclosure

The Client must inform the Company in writing at the time of booking of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or any mental and/or physical condition that may affect participation in the tour.

Booking & Deposit

Your tour is reserved once a 20% deposit of the total tour price has been paid to the bank account provided.

Payment Terms

Once the tour is reserved, the Client will receive an electronic confirmation email with an invoice attached.
 
A 20% advance payment of the total tour price is required to secure the booking.
All bank transfer costs must be paid by the Client. Albania Adventure must receive the full invoiced amount, net of any bank charges.
 
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than five (5) weeks prior to departure.
All transfer-related fees, including charges applied by the sending bank and any intermediary (correspondent) banks, are the responsibility of the Client.
 

Payment & Cancellation by the Company

Albania Adventure reserves the right to cancel any tour for any reason. However, a tour will not be cancelled less than 14 days prior to departure, except in cases of Force Majeure, defined as unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Albania Adventure.
 
If a tour is cancelled by Albania Adventure before the agreed departure date, for reasons not attributable to the Client (including failure to reach the minimum number of participants required for a Group Tour), the Client may choose one of the following options:
  • Accept a substitute tour of equal or higher value, if Albania Adventure is able and willing to offer such an alternative;
  • Accept a substitute tour of lower value, if available, and receive a refund of the price difference between the original tour and the substitute tour;
  • Request a full refund of all amounts paid under the contract, which will be issued as soon as reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability

Albania Adventure is not responsible for any incidental or consequential expenses, including but not limited to non-refundable flights, accommodation, visas, or other personal costs incurred by the Client.
 

Tour Cancellation by the customer

  • For cancellations made 40 days before the departure date, only the deposit (20% of the total tour price) will be retained.
  • For cancellations made 30–39 days prior to the departure date, 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • For cancellations made 14–29 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the departure date, 80% of the total tour price will be charged.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
The date the cancellation email is received will be considered the official cancellation date and will determine the applicable cancellation fees.

Travel Insurance

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance prior to departure. Such insurance must cover, at a minimum, cancellation, curtailment, injury, illness, death, and any other relevant expenses related to the booked tour.
Any additional insurance required for specific activities included in the itinerary is the responsibility of the Client. While Albania Adventure does not routinely verify insurance coverage, the Company reserves the right to request proof of insurance at any time.
Clients agree to fully indemnify and hold Albania Adventure harmless from any losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of the Client’s failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.
 

Passport, Visa & Immigration

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and immigration requirements applicable to their travel.
Albania Adventure accepts no responsibility if a Client is unable to travel due to failure to comply with any passport, visa, or immigration requirements imposed by any government or authority.
